Specifying Aspect Ratios

By simply adding the appropriate aspect ratio for your intended use, you can create a more complete prompt.

For an Instagram post, a 1:1 (Square) ratio works well, while a 3:2 (Landscape) ratio is ideal for a blog header image.

If you're creating an image for a smartphone wallpaper or a poster, a 2:3 (Portrait) ratio is suitable.

For example, let's modify the Santa Claus prompt we used, adding the style along with the aspect ratio and intended use like this:

Santa Claus riding a sleigh pulled by two reindeer in the night sky, in an oil painting style, with an aspect ratio of 2:3 as a Portrait image

Please note that the gpt-image model only supports 1:1 (Square), 3:2 (Landscape), and 2:3 (Portrait) aspect ratios.
