As mentioned in previous lessons, the success of a company depends on its people. Properly assessing a candidate's skills and suitability through good questions is key to effective hiring.

However, for busy HR personnel or managers, creating new interview questions every time isn't easy, and using AI can greatly increase productivity in generating interview questions.

In this article, I'll introduce how to efficiently generate job-specific interview questions using ChatGPT.

When generating questions for job interviews, it's beneficial to use Role Prompting, assigning AI a specific role.

Additionally, specifying the interview format (phone, online, in-person) and the number of questions helps guide AI to generate precise questions within the specified limit.

You are the leader of the online marketing team, and you are hiring for a junior marketer position.

The interview will be conducted in person, and please provide 10 interview questions that can assess the junior marketer’s understanding of the role.

- The junior marketer is not a marketing major.

- They confidently mentioned their understanding of SEO in their resume.

The prompt above specifies the role for AI (leader of the online marketing team), the interview format (in-person), and limits the number of questions (10) to guide AI in generating precise questions.
